Jeff Lomey Associates is an independent boutique consultancy specialising in Strategy-in-Action© and Leadership-in-Action©.
Jeff Lomey started a small management consulting practice in the Cape in 1996. Soon after, Jeff left his senior engineering and management role at Eskom after 18 years’ service. In 2016/17, Jeff researched over 30 papers and other resources and explored how to prevent strategy execution from failing. Jeff developed the copyright intellectual property, JLA Strategy Execution Framework. The framework ensures maximum return on investment to clients. We are proud to offer our framework free on this site to SME’s in order to help them and help grow the SA economy. We have various subscription options or project fee options at highly competitive and affordable rates for corporate and SME clients.

Jeff relates exceptionally well to clients due to his personal experience as a power station manager, engineer, behavioral scientist, company director, executive director, line manager, project manager, customer accounts executive and team coach.
Jeff is well qualified in the action learning methodology and has coached a number of high profile teams with great success. He is a member of the Global Action Learning Forum.
Jeff completed a Masters Degree in Applied Behavioural Science (1991), at the Leadership Institute of Seattle, Washington State, USA. He also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand (1982). Jeff has also worked in close association with the top three business schools in South Africa.
